My family decided to try T-Bones even after they have been opened for some time. Their dinner prices are pretty high, but this isn't uncommon for steakhouses. They have a variety of options for those who like steak and those who do not with many chicken and burger offerings. Personally, I believe a steakhouse should have several different cuts offered and T-Bones has a fewer than of prefer.
We knew we'd only come here once since our family is moving away from the area, so we got the 40oz tomahawk ribeye to share. We asked for med-rare and it came very rare. This wasn't an issue for me, but my wife doesn't prefer it this way. Still, we enjoyed the meal a lot! The bread that comes free was amazing and the onion ring appetizer was great too! The Mac N' Cheese was cold when it came out, but the steak was absolutely delicious, so we are willing to overlook a few things.
The decor and atmosphere are incredible and it's hard to believe that a piggly wiggly used to be in this location.
All in all, we'd recommend this steakhouse. The daily deals and lunch specials are a great addition and the food was tasty! -

I have been to T-Bones several times and it gets progressively worse. First time or two things were fairly good with the exception of that ridiculous 1975 chain food restuarant habit of loudly celebrating birthdays. It is soooo cheesey and annoying AF to the other patrons. I digress ...
Will focus on last two visits.
2 weeks ago: my friends steak was dry as a bone and tasteless. She could barely chew it and ended up sending it home for me to feed my dog. I tried the rotisserie chicken - bad mistake! No flavor and so overcooked I just gave up on it. Bartender sucked! ZERO personality and we had to flag her down to order food and drinks. I'm sorry, but isn't part of a bartenders job to make people feel welcone, sell lots of booze, upsale folks on food? This woman has no business being a face for a restuarant.
3 weeks ago: same sullen bartender. The chili was no better than canned and the chili cheese fries were just a glop of slop. The shrimp appetizer was actually good.
With so many awesome locally owned restuarants from which to choose within 5 miles of my house, I simply feel no need to give T-Bones another try. I really wanted to support them, but weird bartenders, weak drinks, and over cooked food just isn't my thing. I kept trying giving them the newbie benefit of the doubt. I'm one CORNY, loud, obnoxious, clapping birthday song over this place.
2 stars for the first couple visits that were okay. After about a dozen visits the writing is now on the wall. -

My party and I were there to celebrate a friend's birthday. We had a reservation for a certain time and we didn't get seated for almost 45 minutes after arrival. Our waitress was the best and she took our order and our food came in less than 30 minutes (we were a big party).

I went on Mother's Day and they were quite busy, but the service was great. I ordered the 40 oz. Tomahawk ribeye with loaded potato and macaroni and cheese. The macaroni and cheese was the best I have gotten from a restaurant in a long time. The steak was great, not only was it seasoned well it was cooked correctly. It had a grat char on the outside and was about a perfect medium rare. It was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a while.
